It uses laser light with a 1064nm wavelength which can be safely used on the face and body. It is non-ablative, which means it does not cut the top layer of your skin.
Our laser emits a gentle beam of light that passes through the skin to the hair follicle where it is absorbed. The laser energy is then transformed into heat, which destroys the hair follicle - leaving the surrounding skin unaffected.
